Sorry Phoebs - I bought this ginger grater from a Chinese supermarket a good 35 years ago. Must have cleaned it once when some of the blades came loose... Couple of clamps & a few judicious drops of superglue - right as rain.

Apart from the superglue it's 100% bamboo & knuckle-friendly!

Watched Lewis Hamilton romp through the checkered flag in the Silverstone Grand Prix - see 'extra'...

Ginger is so cheap round here - & I use so much of it that it never has the time to dry out.
