Before shot

Gym this morning. Finished work and came back for a run. Very hard work as it was nice and sunny. Finished and then did some work in the garden. We are having a shed delivered to morrow and I needed to finish clearing the patio and take down the washing line.

Spent the rest of the night trying to make a dent in the ironing
