Project 366 - Day 155 - Rainy Day

Today was a miserable rainy day and I was busy cooking for family coming tomorrow for our jubilee celebrations so did not really focus on taking pictures today. Snapped a few of the kids playing in the rain in the garden from the door way, but really was not impressed with any of them ... so I decided to play with the effects of photoshop Elements which I had not really looked at before!
Quite liked this "Old Photo" Effect so have chosen this for my blip
