'Best Dressed in White', does that mean that only those dressed in white will be considered to be well dressed or better dressed than those not in white, or should it have read 'Best dress in white'?

I can't imagine that it is the only colour bomb carnival in the world, the only Edinburgh that has a colour bomb carnival.... now that I can believe.

The one thing of which I can be certain, however, is the fact that my idea of a perfect photo does not involve coloured powder and a trip to the dry cleaners!
