Unexpected Frames

So these are my new glasses. I wasn't expecting to get new frames today, just new lenses. After dropping off my frames for the switch I received a call 5 minutes later to inform me that my glasses had broken (as in properly broken, see here) and could not be repaired.

As they had not informed me of the risk they offered to allow me to pick a choice of new frames to put the lenses in. I was pretty gutted even with this. I really loved my old Ray Bans!

But, now I have brand new Karl Lagerfeld glasses! So every silver lining and all that!

Already liking the reactive lenses too, even if it has gotten a bit colder in Glasgow now!
