Maree Islands

Dropped eco mum at the bus this morning, the only passengers appeared to be free pensioner travellers.

The ladies wanted a long lie so I headed out with Juno, it was damp but clear upto 600metres height. We headed up a wee hill that is in the middle of native replanting, it was brilliant walking through the young scot's pines, lots of other trees appearing and lots of vegetation. Juno chased a couple of stags and eventually returned,

We reached the summit and I forgot were I was and just enjoyed walking through the trees and let Juno lead the route. We ended up a wee bit of course but walked along the deer track along the fence line.

Back to the cottage and lunch.

We headed out to Loch Ewe, a beach walk and a look around the WW2 sites.

A quiet night in watching the bands of rain coming from the west.
