Evening Light

The day started off with a -4 C frost. Brr... Long john weather! At least the cold was followed by a sunny day. We missed out on the snow that has fallen in many parts of the country.
I had the pleasure of catching up with Bipper "Daring to Go" and friend this afternoon. We enjoyed coffee and much talk about photography and the like.
Then I made a quick trip to the Taylor Dam to check out the late afternoon light. I counted at least 15 black swans of varying ages on the lake. There were ducks and coots and one or two pied shags... A busy place for bird life this evening.
