Camden Road

This bridge is at Camden Road as opposed to Camden Market.  I had a physiotherapy appointment this morning and she is also pleased with my progress so I have been discharged by the physio department.  The rest of the rehab is now left in my hands for which I am quite pleased as its going to be a slow process to get final movements back.

I met a friend here as its just a short journey on the local train from Hampstead Heath to Camden Road.  We walked to a cafe to have some veggie food.

I want to thank you all for your very kind wishes the other day for the  progress with my shoulder etc after the doctors appointment and  today as now I am hospital free. 

A warm day and nice to be out and about.
