Fruity fishcake

Or at least it looks that way. A better day today, although a similar early start as yesterday. A drive to Reading for an all day meeting, then back to The Elephant at Pangbourne for my lodgings. I did manage a run by the Thames which meant I could indulge in this dessert. While it looks like fishcake, it was actually frozen mango, meringue and ice cream. Nice!
