The Big Cruise Day 43: Spring at last?

As we reluctantly left our mooring below Bosley locks, in the warm sunshine, things looked promising. We stopped for shopping and some lunch at Congleton (nice town) and continued a little further to this mooring.

This is our idea of bliss on the canal. Peaceful mooring, cows, ducks, green fields, blue sky, warm, cold drinks, barbecue.

It also happens to be our last mooring on the Macclesfield Canal. We must prepare for tomorrow's challenge.

[Explanation: Big Cruise Blips begin on 9th April (where there's an introduction) and last nearly 8 weeks with a break in the middle. I am catching up with the back-blipping]
