Happy dog.

Today was an experiment for both Dimairt and me. Bob, Dimairt and I walked the Kernsary Walk. Seven miles - easy round trip.

Dimairt was truly like a young pup today. By the end of the walk, he was still bounding about without a thought of arthritis. Me? My knees were killing me. Maybe this was too much for my first real outing in a year.

Nevertheless, lovely autumnal colours and a good day's stretch of the legs.

Now - to bed.
