Comma Butterfly

Peter & I have not long returned from a beautiful sunny evening walk in Panshanger Park.  Its a nature reserve right on our doorstep, formerly a gravel pit and tbf on Lafarge, it has been superbly managed and is now a wildlife area with three lakes, a chalk bed river and acres and acres of meadow and woodland.  We saw lots of butterflies but this was the only one to sit still long enough for a photograph.
