Flower Friday 10 :: Lucifer

Crocosmia 'Lucifer' (Montbretia 'Lucifer')

When I designed my front garden I tried to make sure there was a flower showing off for most of the year. Because of this I don't have a one off flower display but a burst of colour somewhere in the border for most of the year.

At the moment it is the turn of the Crocosmia. It is spilling over the front fence greeting anyone who is passing by.
