Delphinium

This delphinium is as tall as I am.  Some of the blooms have started to fade, so I decided I'd better get a photo of it before it's all gone.

We had a gorgeous day, sunshine and warm temperatures.  Mr M will be working the next three days so he went from dawn to dusk, trimming shrubs, mowing along the lane, staking the tomato plants. I had a more leisurely day, but my housework continued after he fell asleep on the sofa.
