Spitfire

The Spitfire display from this year's classical concert at Warwick Castle. Taken from our Open Studios garden which just happens to be close the where the display pilot turns around ....

edit: added an extra taken in the afternoon after I had spilled some of the bird feeder seed onto the lawn, a mouse appeared and cleaned up the excess.

Both images are taken with a Canon 400mm f5.6 lens, there's a lot more visible noise on the Spitfire taken with my 50D than on the mouse, taken with a 5D.
