Hoose

This is the plot of land I would like to buy to build a house on.  It is only a few hundred meters away from where I live, has the most beautiful views, and has all services close by.  The owners are happy to sell it to me, but the authorities won't clear it for building, because it is agricultural - despite the fact that the field next to it and the one opposite have already been built on.  It is a former peach orchard.  But sadly some disease afflicted the trees and they all died some years ago.  It is only used now for grazing a couple of horses.  We are dining on Tuesday with a man who might provide us with the solution to getting permission to build.  Fingers crossed.
