the chase....

I was driving along a moorland road this morning when I spotted a weasel crossing the road very quickly. I stopped, picked up my camera & got out of the car with hope that it might come back. Then, a vole crossed the road and came back again, narrowly avoiding being run over. The weasel kept popping in and out of the verge obviously looking for something - probably the vole....Great to watch & I took a few pics, mostly blurry but this one + the extras are good memories!
