Jnr Jnr would say so, 2 mins after waking him he bit her thumb!  A lone tear was more for the fact that she took offence rather than any pain.  Rejection from Trevor!

I did a 33 mile ride today that includes three nightmare hills, had to stop on two of them as my legs were screaming at me, usually only one of them gets me.  As with an earlier ride in the week, although it hurt more and felt slow, I took 5 mins of my best time with a much improved average speed. Now if only I can work through the pain barrier and keep going because somethings improving somewhere......
