First night in Shanghai

There's going to be a load of backblipping from me. the sights and experiences of China were everything I'd hoped for, we have really had a wonderful travelling experience. Started off in Shanghai, took an over night train to Xi'an, then the bullet train to Beijing.

This is a vendor on the street selling squid. Our friend James ordered some without agreeing a price and a heated exchange resulted in James going hungry, he thought it should have cost 6 yuans (60 pence) but the vendor wanted 8 yuans (80 pence). Personally I'd have given him what he asked for.
