Downtown Condos

The city has tried to encourage more people to live downtown.

A local developer has constructed a number of new condo units that are quite spectacular.  Here are two of them.  The two buildings on the right and left.

The only problem is the price.

Not many people can afford the prices the developers are asking and so they remain much less than half sold, even after 4 or 5 years.

I wish them luck.

But the buildings are beautiful.  :-)
