Aloe (part deux)

Late bloomers drink up the monsoon rains after enduring blistering heat for months.  I noticed another aloe blooming and managed to catch it very early in its flower cycle, before the long spikes are fully formed. In case you hadn't noticed I love these things!  There are so many beautiful shapes at each step of the flower's evolution.
