The Bus Stop Saga

Mum and I have been laughing at this bus stop. It was originally on the short grassy spot to the right. We all asked for hard-standing at the bus stop as it was very slippy and muddy getting off - years ago.

So the bus stop was moved to the lamp-post, then the hard-standing was put in. Then the bus would stop at the lamp-post but not at the hard-standing, but some drivers did so!

Eventually the bus stop was moved back to the hard-standing. Yippee!

So now the steps have been renewed with the hard stuff across the grass to the lamp-post. Back moves the bus stop to the lamp-post.

And the hard-standing is removed and young grass growing up as seen now.
