Knottman: No it is not the same. Can't you see that in a photogencally crucial place there is now a boat. And the Union Jack is flying on the pier. And there are some birds on the water. And the day before yesterday a new restaurant opened on the prom. You can't see that but take my word for it.

Anyway, Knottman likes it and wouldn't be surprised if you see it again when the seasons change.
