Monk Parrot

This Spring I was on a tour of the Riviera. In Barcelona, I was surprised to see parrots flying all over, just like San Francisco. I had heard that the parrots had flown over from Africa. However, there are many reasons why they didn't come across from Africa, main among them is the fact that monks are from South America. Note the tag that someone had put around its neck.
