Butterflies

A host of butterflies in the garden today .... and I was out there just long enough to grab a few pics.  Sadly I missed the Skipper, not sure if it was Large or Small but either way, the first time I have seen one in the garden. Tortoiseshells, Whites and lots of Meadow Browns, all feasting on the Lavender flowers in the hot sunshine.  The meadow Browns have an understated beauty - this one posed at just the right angle.

Ruth moving a little better today giving us some hope.  Amy had good meeting with new CAMHS team who were hugely helpful.  No quick fixes for either girl but it's nice to have some positives to report.  All your goodwill is clearly having an effect :-)
