Best of another dull day

At least it isn't raining here today. But, rain or shine, our dog Ella gets her walk, often up this hill behind our house which is somewhere down there.

I am standing on almost the highest hill around here - in Charnwood Forest (part of the National Forest) in Leicestershire, looking south. There's nothing higher between here and the Malverns and the Cotswolds.

Pity it's a dull day but I've given the picture just a wee bit of what Picasa call 'Boost' to make it a bit more interesting.
