Water Wings

In determined mood today, refusing to let the weather get the better of me.
Almost resorted to photographing a grey squirrel (what was I thinking of), when out popped these cute coot chicks - there are three of them - for a lesson in diving technique. This ended in a belly flop.
Perhaps an apt theme for today, as all of London's average June rainfall just fell in the last 12 hours.
