Silver Surfer

I went to the Three Store today as I needed to get a nano sim fro my new second-hand phone.  The fact that my surname changed when I married, even though I notified Three, seems to confuse them to no end and proving I am who I say I am can be difficult.

Thankfully this time it only took 40 minutes opposed to the two hours it took the last time I tried to change my sim.
