Cartoon Re-Cycling

We have a range of decorated Glass Re-cycling bins in the village.....

and recently, fellow Blipper Northernlass261 ...who also lives in Spain, just further down the coast...Blipped some similarly decorated bins in her area

So, today, I've made a collage showing some of the cartoon designs within walking distance of home.

Last year, our town of Alfaz del Pi, recycled 703,000kg of glass...which is 33kg per inhabitant....this is twice the Spanish National average of 14.8kg per inhabitant.....has it anything to do with the colourful Green bins??
