Paper Rose

My first attempt at this style of paper flower, I'm sure with more practise they will get better, want to use loads of them to decorate the paper wedding cake, so practise I will get.

Felt exhausted today and couldn't keep my eyes open this afternoon, so early night tonight. TV rubbish on a Friday night too.

In the middle of a bookfold that I need to have finished tomorrow so might just crack on with that after supper.

Been doing the Achilles massage and exercises suggested by the physiotherapist but no further improvement yet. If the Achilles Tenosynovitis is as chronic as she said I guess I shouldn't be expecting instant miracles.
