Celebrating

We had set ourselves a wee fitness challenge. To cover a self-propelled 5km (ie swim, walk or run or any combination) every day for 50 days. The rules were no carrying forward from one day to the next, no borrowing from one day to the next and you couldn't just cover the distance in the course of your day, it had to be a planned activity.

50 days done, total distance covered just over 400km. 35 days were runs with a total just over 200km and quite a lot of walks and a few swims too. Day off required!
