Sink The Bismarck!

My folks are clearing out one of their "black holes". Among the treasure uncovered was a box of 70's vintage airfix models in various states of distress.

Here then is the proof that neither I nor my brother had the patience or attention to detail required to do justice to the Bimarck (or Tirpitz). Then again perhaps it was the relaxing effect of the solvents required to assemble the ship. But at least this model saw a paintbrush. HMS Fearless and other model ships are still in original 'airfix grey'.
