A song for Boala

In 2009 a group of ten friends from Cognac Conservatoire de Musique visited Boala, a remote area of Africa.  They were so moved by the welcome and kindness of the people that they decided to sing as a group to raise money for the sixteen villages to help them maintain their traditional lifestyle.  This small choir performs all over Europe  We have known one of the singers for 32 years and so we were delighted when she told us that she would be in Cambridge singing songs from all over the world in a small concert hosted by John Meed a local singer songwriter.
We had a wonderful day catching up on news and relaxing at the concert.
