Out for a Park Run at Sewerby Hall near Bridlington. The sun shone briefly although the first part was into a strong head wind.

I caught sight of this field of poppies on the way. It was a bigger challenge to try and identify the correct field on the way home!

This is a view towards Cayton and beyond that Scarborough.

Then back home to try and sort out everything for picking up our new car. The current one is limping along and we are hoping to exchange before travelling to Scotland in two weeks time.
