Bliadhna

Loch Stiapavat

I have blipped this site before, but it is such a wonderful location for a diverse range of birds, that it is worth blipping again. In the photo we have a Grey heron and a Mute swan, with a few Black-tailed Godwit crouched down by the shore, and a variety of floating duck (Mallard, Tufted, Scaup) a raft of various Gulls, and several types of Sandpipers. In the air are Skylarks, Snipe, and Peewit. A location worth a visit!
