Latitude Welcome

Thursday night at Latitude used to be about stumbling on strange goings on, dancing to obscure forties music and just getting lost.

Now the festival is bigger and feels ever more commercial. There's not a huge amount to do on a Thursday night aside from eating and drinking... But enough to keep entertained. The highlight tonight was the Gamalan in the Solas area, basically we laid and was put in a trance by the rhythms. After this we headed towards the woods, stopping on the bridge we caught the end of the opening ceremony, this was followed by a huge surprise firework display. Latitude Ten has most definitely got underway
