Wintry day in Christchurch

But at least the sun came out occasionally, though the wind was mighty cold at the beach. Still lots of people out walking, and even a guy surfing. Brrr

Snow on Banks Peninsula, and in the distance the Southern Alps looked spectacularly clear.
