Bog Asphodel

A much needed day at home to catch up in the garden, with a quick coffee break at the Heron Gallery where I met with freespiral, printman and partners, a lovely catch up in the sunshine. The Bog Asphodel was carpeting the bog in shiny yellow as I drove home, just beautiful.
The rain has never felt far away this summer and by the time I left for a bit of volleyball, the sky was very threatening. we managed a few games before moving indoors for a spot of table tennis, all go!
