New acer growth

After yesterday's baby thrush blip I've gone on to a new leave's blip! I had planned on posting a peony but I spotted some new leaves on my acer. This acer is probably my favourite plant in the garden. I just love the colour it provides from spring til autumn. This new growth is only about an inch so I zoomed in!
