Janet in the art gallery

Like all my favourite modern art galleries the one in Las Palmas is a wonderful space and an artwork in its own right.
It was converted from a former bank 25 years ago, and wouldn't it be great if this happened more often!
A really pleasant surprise to find this as the internet turned up very little in the way of culture in Las Palmas.
The internet started out as a great way to source information about an area but now with the all encompassing Trip Advisor and the rubbish reviews of the usual suspects to my mind is now not worth bothering with, so it;'s back to the Lonely Planet guide books which I've always loved.
