Immediately after finishing a 48 mile, 17,000 vertical feet run across the Lake District to complete the "Joss Naylor Lakeland Challenge" in under 14 hours, Steve Cliff relaxes and begins to enjoy the moment.

The second part of the Challenge is to raise a minimum of £100 for a charity of your own choice and Steve was very recently diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease so his charity is MNDA.
