Blue Screen of death

The blue screen of death (Windows XP) I haven't had one of these for years. Caused by installing Oracle VM version 4.1.16 onto my works R&D Laptop, will try fresh install and if I get the same issue will go back to Oracle VM 4.1.10 fat more stable.
