At The Time Of Sunrise

I'm not having much success with sunrises at the moment ... not least of all this morning's effort ...
However, the weather was at least dry ... and it did clear up a bit later in the morning ... then it clouded over and began to drizzle during the later afternoon ... so a decent sunset looks like being even more unlikely ... :o|

So here anyway, is what the sky was like as the sun rose ... (although to be accurate, even if the sun had been visible at the time, it wouldn't have been seen from the angle of this shot) ... (the sky just looked a bit more interesting in this direction) ... :o)
