Man did I ache this morning. I could tell before I'd even moved an inch. And I could definitely tell when I tried to reach up for the cereal.

It was my last day at work for 16 days so I had plenty to do, even though I was already slightly in holiday mode and not particularly motivated.

Back to see The Knights after work - we had Dominos (which was free for about 20 minutes), cheesecake, watched a film, then took a long route home so we could hear more of Gerge's playlist.
