Working with two other blokes today and we were all Richards and no one got confused.
On bloody dialup because Talktalk is down and I just can't face ringing them up and going through that whole time-wasting, script-driven rigmarole (what operating system, what modem, what computer? etc etc)when I just want to tell them the bloody connection is down!
