Puivert

First castle on our trip. Walked 22km to get to it, over lots of hills. Didn't go inside as too late but we were told later it is one of the best castles in Europe. Great. Luckily France has a lot of cheese to make up for all the exercise it is making me do.

Cheese highlight of the day: local mountain goats' cheese and local honey.
