Wow! What a day!

I spent an interesting and rewarding morning with the welfare team from the school visiting the homes of the children who were absent from school and taking any that were ill to be seen and treated in the school medical centre. What a wonderful, caring job they do! We in the west live such very different lives.....

This was followed by a session with some of the start to teach them how to take good photographs - they were so appreciative of all the hints and tips I was able to give them and are eager for a follow up session!

The late afternoon and early evening were spent in a rural village for an open air meeting. They so appreciated our visit and enjoyed listening to everything that we had to say to them, as well as the drama which was performed on a very basic wooden stage that had been constructed that afternoon!

The photo shows one of the children from the village. The children are beautiful and I have so many photos.....

Once again, I thank you for your lovely comments, stars & hearts - you have been so very supportive - I really do appreciate it!
