It Begins!

Today is the start of the Crossfit Games. This is where the peak of our sport battle it out between now and Sunday to be crowned 'the Fittest on Earth'. This evening we were watching the Masters. Wow these men and women are amazing!

For the individuals my money is on Kara Webb on the women's side! She's awesome!

I like Noah Olsen on the men's side too! Cool guy.
