Hollyhocks Butterfly

 
The grey hairstreak butterfly on our fading hollyhocks blossom was a treat to photograph today.
This fellow landed multiple times to spread its wings and sit quietly.
I believe he was kickin’ back,  basking in the warm sun and enjoying life.
