Flag of Nowhere

Looking out of the bedroom window I suddenly wondered if I had grown a national flag in the garden. It would be one with three vertical panels in white, red and yellow.

But a quick look on the iPad at the flags of 189 nations showed that I have not succeeded. There are many flags with three vertical panels but the white panel is always in the middle.
